# Lakeshore Psychotherapy

> Lakeshore Psychotherapy is a group practice of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) in Toronto's Lakeshore community. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and teen therapy. In-person at 3638 Lake Shore Blvd W (Etobicoke, near Long Branch GO) and virtual across Ontario.

Founded by Joseph Addy, RP, CSAT Candidate. Areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, compulsive sexual behaviour and pornography addiction, betrayal trauma, couples and relationship work, teen mental health, religious trauma and spiritual abuse, men's mental health, and meaning-making work.
